Edgar William LeBlanc
Edgar William LeBlanc, 68, of Cap-Pelé passed away at the Moncton Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, December 6th, 2017. Born in Cap-Pelé on June 3rd, 1949, he was the son of the late Didace and Georgia (Belliveau) LeBlanc.
He was a retired employee with the Village of Cap-Pelé and Paturel Seafood. Prior to his illness, Edgar was a big worker always busy doing extra at work and at home. He was an avid Maple Leaf fan and enjoyed being outdoors on his four- wheeler.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Norma (Jacob)LeBlanc; three daughters: Sylvette Cormier (Wayne), Natalie LeBlanc-Morin (Alcide), Danielle Duchesne (Mario); seven brothers and sisters: Aline Landry (late Joe), Hectorine Léger (late Valérie), Yvonne Caines, Valmond LeBlanc (Marie-Mai), Odette Goguen (Jean-Paul), Charline Leblanc, Valda Légère (Roméo); six grandchildren: Ashley (Erick), Fabien (Sabrina), Rémi (Claudya), Fannie, Vanessa, Ryan and five great grandchildren: Alyson, Payton, Chayse, Skylar and baby Cormier as well as several nieces and nephews.
As per his wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service.
In memory of Edgar, a contribution to the New Brunswick Lung Association or to the family would be appreciated.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297).
