Anna Cormier, 100, passed away at the Villa Providence on Friday, January 26th, 2018. Born in Cap-Pelé on November 27th, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Napoléon and Élizabeth (Drisdelle) Goguen.
She is survived by her three children: Alyre (Diane), Gérard and Alfreda LeBlanc (Aris); two sisters: Léonie Boleyn, Éleonore Léger; three brothers: Alphonse (Léona), Albert (Corinne) and Léonce(Léona), several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Anna was predeceased by her husband, Damien (1974); two sisters: Yvonne LeBlanc and Anita Cormier; two brothers: Arthur and Adrice.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Wednesday, January 31st from where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m.
Visitation Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
In memory of Anna, a contribution to the oncology unit of the Dr Georges-L. Dumont Foundation would be appreciated.
